Lubbock Clean Tech values our clients and appreciates your business. For both the protection of our clients and our company, please read the following Policies and Terms.
Lubbock Clean Tech is a professional cleaning service that is fully insured with $1,000,000 in gerneral liability insurance for your protection.
All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by Clean Tech unless you would prefer us to your supplies.
We guarantee consistent quality through our detailed cleaning, hard-working, and trustworthy employees.
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. Lubbock Clean Tech gladly accepts payment the the following forms: cash, personal check, or invoice. If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately before cleaning will begin. If you are not available, we will reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers.
Refunds
We pride ourselves in giving supreme service to our clients. We go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satified with your cleaning service. Since house cleaning is a personalized service, we do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will gladly return to reclean the area you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

We do not share the information gathered with any third party.
Extra Services
If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home.
